  "We did not make use of Badfontein's camping facility. I was deeply disappointed and shocked that was offered to us. This facility are definitively not for the use of normal caravans and the camping sites and ablution facility was a shock. I will never ever make use of this in my life again.Please, I need a refund on this reservation.Thanks,Hannes Myburgh"

  "I stayed in the cottage next to the hot spring. It was tiny and simple but clean and nicely furnished, with everything you could wish for. Outside was nothing but the reeds full of bishop birds, the little hot spring (which I had almost entirely to myself) and fields stretching all around. Very soul-soothing, though perhaps not suitable for city dwellers looking for bright lights and five-star luxury."

  "The cottage was clean, however minimal information was given on booking as to procedure and what extra's (i.e. meals) were available. More info would be great. The venue was very accommodating when we had to change our booking by 2 days.We did find the beds extremely uncomfortable and did not sleep well."

  "What a beautiful farm. The ablutions were clean, the camping was good and there is even a braai area so we didn't have to use camping stoves. The camp terrain is a very short walk from the river. There is also a natural spring swimming pool on premises."

  "So quiet and tranquil; that is Badfontein. Set close to the Orange River, our thatched rondavel provided all the amenities for our party of 4, plus our two large dogs. The night sky was amazing. No complaints at all!"

  "Except that you have to travel 16km to farm on the Bethulie road, you still have 5.4km to the farm house. The facility where we slept in was in itself no problem. The water though was not clean, looks like it does not go through a filter system.<br/><br/>Apart from the water I will sleep over again"

  "The Rondavel is spacious and equipped with everything you might need but "nothing special"...its a far drive from the main road, gravel road as well to end in a Rondavel in the middle of the farmhouse garden. No river in sight and no view. Didnt feel hospitality at all. Just a place to sleep."

  "We did not stay at Badfontein Guest Farm because the camping site was in a terrible state. How this site can be advertised we would like to know. You can't even see the river from the camping site an the road to the camping site is in bad shape. We met the owner on our way out and she said we can reclaim our deposit from Safari.com."

  "We stayed overnight at Badfontein Guest Farm. This was really such an enjoyment for the children - new experiences e.g. the sulphur swimming pool (a first for them) and playing in the mud on the banks of the Orange River. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Can definitely recommend especially to families."
