"Nice place near the falls"
14 March 2015"This was a nice place very close to the Falls. The room was very nice especially the bathroom. The swimming pool was also nice and clean. Internet did not work well in the room, but it worked fine in the pool area.<div>I only have one issue with this guest house and it is that the day we left, the maids came into our room while we were still taking our belongings to the car. We were not past the check out time so I resented this behavior. I was unable to carefully check to make sure we had everything and I was unable to use the restroom before check out since the maids (two ladies) stayed in the room. I strongly urge the management to instruct the cleaning staff to wait until after guests have departed before they go into the rooms.</div>"

06 September 2014"This guesthouse is pretty much one of the best that I stayed at during my West Coast and Namaqua flowers holiday over the past two weeks.The facilities within the room were excellent. I also enjoyed the "wow" en-suite bathroom, pleasant dinner and breakfast and friendly staff and especially the manager Jana that went beyond normal expectations to ensure that everything will be in place on my arrival. This made my overnight stay a very good experience."

Everybody was friendly and always very helpful. The property is very neat and well taken care of. Will definitely recommend the falls guest house to anyone. The attention to detail is just magnificent, they have truly thought about everything. The reception, the spa, the restaurant and everything is just beautifully managed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful! Wonderful the waiter is truly wonderful, he adds to the atmosphere with his jokes and stories!"

22 September 2013"The rooms were very well appointed and the staff friendly.Our only criticism is the wine list at dinner. Most of the wines on the list were not available - in fact there were only two red wines from which to choose, which at a 4 star establishment is NOT good enough!Breakfast seemed a bit chaotic. Tables not set properly, tea not put out and a problem with supplying toast!Even so, I would recommend the Falls Guest House. It is a lovely establishment and we had a very comfortable stay."
