  "Nic and his wife have only recently taken over and seem to be working hard to create a pleasant experience. A little more attention to small detail such as bathroom plug that let the water out, a shower cable with a kink and bigger towels would help but overall very pleasant stay for a weekend. Would definitely try them again"

  "We had a great overnight experience at Fountain Baths Guest House in Barberton and will recommend this place to anybody without reserve. Beautiful garden and excellent facilities; right up against the mountain. The history of the area is of course very interesting and the fact that some of the oldest rock formations in the world are right there, is a plus. It is really worth a visit."

  "<p>History isn't everybody's cuppa, but almost every place in Barberton just oozes it. </p><p>Staying in a place as old as Fountain Baths Guest House where the owner clearly loves the place was a pleasant experience.If you don't need to be entertained or live in the ritz this is a great choice. The breakfast was well prepared andwe feel that wedefinitely got our money's worth.</p><p></p>"

  "As I only stayed for one night the accommodation was fine and everything was adequate. The room had a strange layout and everything seemed quite dated. The "fountain" which presumably gives the place it's name was running outside my room all the time which was a bit annoying and the room was overlooked so I could not open the curtains. For one night it was absolutely fine."

  "This is a quaint, but very nice Guest house. It is made up of different units in style, deco and look. These are situated in a wonderful garden.The surroundings (mountains) are beautiful. Units have all you need. The owner is very friendly."

  "We found the setting tranquil and interesting. Sue, one of the owners, gave hands on service, excellent breakfasts and was able to direct us to places of interest that were not museums. The nightly chorus of tree frogs delighted us and captured the atmosphere of "old mining days"."

  "After a long dreary dusty drive, Fountain Baths Guest House is welcoming nurturing reviving.We have stayed in many five star hotels and not felt as cared for. Charming surroundings, really clean air, serene gardens, and clean accomodation.We highly recommend this venue as great value for money and a really great place to stay, with many action activities (paragliding, quad, horse, trails, birding etc, etc)"
