  "Extremely hot weather.Enjoyed the swimming pool.The units should have aircon.Ants was a problem,we had them in the fridge as well.Unit was clean. We left during the night due to the extreme heat and family emergency. We had the excitement of a Bushfire as well."

  "The room was smelly you will swear there was a dead ret in thereSharon's son who looked 9 years old had a gun on him how scary is that! Sharron she's not friendly at all, we Had no electricity and water the next day, she did not bother to come and inform us what was the problem she waited for us to call her and she rudely said there's nothing she can do and we were supposed to Bath the night before, we couldn't make food or brush our teeth according to her you can bath teeth today for tomorrow.The ports and cutlery are soo old and burned markes all over even my grandmother wont use such portsShe does not even provide MicrowaveThere is Hot plate with 2 plates No Stovethere's spider webs everywhere she didn't bother cleaningHer blankets stinks"

  "Firstly, we were not welcomed warmly but had a rude reception. Secondly, the power went out and we had no water. According to the reception, the whole of warmbaths had the same problem which was a lie because we found out the next day, that there had not been any problems with electricity in Warmbaths. We cancelled our second evening and left early the next morning."

  "My family and I had an awesome time It was a nice getaway from the noisy city. If you are looking for peace and quiet than that's just the place to be. We loved waking up in the morning and just listening to the differents sounds in nature.Our cabin was nice and spacious and Shaaron was very nice. We will definately go back again"

  "The place is very dirty , no customer service. When we left the unit the year didn't come to inspect the unit with us only after I called them 2days later enquiring about the deposit I was told that we broke a lamp and side table which I asked for pictures of and I still haven't received. We were also told that we needed to leave the place spotless clean , bed made up , dishes cleaned and floor mopped. Which makes me wonder do they even change the linen for the next guests and what kind of lodge is this ????"

  "I have no comment because I had to call Sharon and cancel our booking because our daughter was sick this past weekend. Sharon advised that there will be no refund but that I can just call her whenever I am ready to go there again in the future. She advised that I do not have to call SafariNow but her directly.   "<div>Hello there</div><div></div><div>I have travelled extensively in S.A and abroad, and I can honestly say that I have never come across a self-catering establishment like Phumuza.</div><div></div><div></div><div>The fact that it is called a "Lodge", give you some sort of expectation. But I think that they should change it to Phumuza bush and drop the word lodge. </div><div></div><div>It is called log cabins, but I would much rather call them <span style="text-decoration: underline;">wendy</span> houses. </div><div></div><div>Yes, sure the website says that we had to bring our own towels etc.....but I think I should have just as well hooked my own house on a trailer and parked it there in the bush.</div><div></div><div>I have stayed in many, yes many self-catering establishments in my life, but Phumuza has left a bitter taste in my mouth.</div><div></div><div>I will never go back there again and will definitely <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">not</span></strong> recommend it to anyone.</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div>"

  "We booked in this establishment as I was competing in an off road challenge just outside Bela Bela, it rained for 3 days before the Friday night and the event was moved due to farm road conditions. We never stayed at the resort for the following reasons, no-one answered the gate bell after ringing it for almost 30 minutes, we tried calling the resort and the calls kept going to voicemail service, as a last resort I sent sms's communications. We tried calling for over 30 minutes. We eventually after getting stuck in the mud on the way to our destination turned around and headed back to town to find alternative accommodation. I'm aware that the weather is out of anyone's control but we did not even receive a caution phone call, the access is via dirt track and in the wet a 4x4 vehicle is required. We never received a call when we had not arrived by 4 30 pm... NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL"

  "It was the most peaceful weekend I had in years. We were staying at the Troupand lodge. Very clean and private. Although we did not see any wild animals there were some tracks around the lodge. There were some loud music playing on Saturday afternoon but it thankfully got quiet as the evening arrived. Will definitely book again. Gerhard &amp; Liza"

  "<p>Phumuza is a great chilled bush lodge. It is rustic yet clean and quiet. </p><p>I checked and we weren't told to bring our own towels and the kitchen was not equipped with dishtowels or cloths.   "Baie dankie vir die wonderlike ontvangs wat ek en my man vanaf jou en jou man gekry het,dit was regtig 'n bosveld verwelkoming.Mense kan gerus by julle gaan inloer,dis puik. Die log cabins is pragtig en so skoon. Orals om die kampe is dit pynlik netjies. Ons sal defnislis weer van julle gebruik maak.die dag!!as julle dalk besluit om eendag n stukkie grond daar uitesit vir mense soos ons wat wil aftree op bush baby en Phumuza lodge,asseblief!!ons wil eerste wees.Want dis nou 'n p[lekkie wat ek en my man sal geniet op ons oudag.Geen ander plek nie, I love phumuza to bits!   "1 One word will describe it:desaster 2.totally misleading websites and using of phrases such as "romantic" etc contribute to above. 3.Its unbelievable. How many lostdeposito's . 4. The poor reseption for cell phones not mentioned ON WEBSITES 5. will be reported to higher authorities. Not good for RSA.Not off-load and lost depoito. Want it refunded"

  "The wood cabin was just the right size for the three of us and the ceiling fan was on all the time. The fire pit outside was used on both evenings for our supper braai. We enjoyed our stay, and even when the electricity failed in the early morning, maybe due to cable theft. Shaaron and her husband still accommodated us, by offering a different little house that had gravity fed water, to have our morning shower before our departure. The feeding of the little bush babies was a treat, in the early evening."
