The property is only 15 km away from Cape Town.There are 4 x 2 bedroom apartments with 1 bathroom (bath and shower separate), 2 x 2 bedroom apartments (twins in second) with 2 bathrooms, 2 x 2 bedroom apartments (twins in second) with 1 bathroom, 4 x 1 bedroom apartments. All units have an open plan lounge with TV and DSTV, a balcony and fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities. Some apartments offer superb northern views overlooking the waterfront.

"Thank you for a lovely apartment. It was clean and tidy and the managers were very friendly and accommodating of special requests. The location is very central to Bellville/Durbanville and Parow where I had business meetings. It is also very secure. The apartment is equipped with heaters that was very welcome during the few cold days. I had a lovely stay."

"The accommodation is well equipped,clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids because it has only one bathroom.Parking in the basement is difficult but there is ample visitor's parking outside that can be used.Will go there again!"
