This one bedroom apartment caters for two adults and two small children. The unit is fully equipped for self-catering and is only a stroll away from the beach. The apartment has sea views from the sitting room and balcony.

The bedroom offers ample sleeping space with modern facilities. The open-plan living room has a large flat screen TV with DStv and a DVD player. There is also an additional TV in the main bedroom with an independent decoder. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a stove and oven, a small microwave oven, dish washer, fridge-freezer and crockery sufficient for four people. There is a balcony overlooking Table Bay.

"We had 4 night family stay at the place, it has amazing view from the apartment as you can see table mountain on one side and Robben Island on other with beautiful sea. Neat and tidy place on the day we reached there though there were no cleaning services available and we had to manage everything on our own for all 4 days."

"We booked the apartment for checkin 14:00, when I got there 15:00 it looked like a bomb exploded in the apartment. It was not cleaned and there was vomit on the bedding, door mat, and dirty sofa. Audrey was very apologetic and told me the cleaning crew is on their way. I went out for a few hours. When we came back we could see the cleaning team have tried their best to do something. Unfortunately the previous guests have left the place in such a state that the dirt was still showing everywhere, stained towels, hair in the bathroom, dirty stove, smell of old food. Audrey could not do anything for that night and we decided we do not want to stay in a place like that. Since Audrey could not put us in another place and we could not find anything for that night in Blouberg we decided to leave for Langebaan 120 km away where we could find accommodation. We were offered 3 nights free accommodation on a next booking, but no refund on the existing one. At this stage we were so angry we decided to rent another apartment for the rest of the holiday and write off the R2800 spend on this apartment. Spending another R4700 for the new apartment because of short notice and low availability.<br />This is a pity since we had a very enjoyable experience 2 years ago in A409, another apartment by the same owners, which is why we went for this apartment.<br />"
