A short walk to major shops and the Cape Fertility Clinic. Also closeby are Newland Rugby, Cricket and the Jammie Shuttle to UCT. Most major tourist attractions are easily accessible by public transport and Cape Town International Airport is about 20 mins by car. An airport shuttle can be arranged.

    "The owner is quite cheerful and was kind enough to let me check in earlier at the place. I did not find the place particularly clean or even well maintained. I would urge the owner to consider cleaning the place regularly. Apart from that everything else was fine."

    "This unit offers good value for money, but visitors should know that it's noisy. Firstly, the sufaces a very busy road, hence quite a lot of traffic noise, and the plumbing of the flat next door is in serious need of attention. Secondly, I was woken up by shuddering pipes late at night on more than one occasion. <br/><br/>Finally, one of the window catches was completely broken, which meant that the window was permanently ajar, letting in a lot of cold air and making the flat quite a lot colder than it needed to be. Other window latches were in need of attention too. <br/><br/><br/><br/>"
