Chaza House

Chaza House is a spacious five-bedroom home located just minutes from many of Cape Town's finest attractions. With very comfortable accommodation for 10 people, a luxurious lounge, dining room, TV room, large garden, swimming pool with safety cover and jungle gym, it is ideal for either two families or a group of friends holidaying together.

We provide a cot and a high chair for those travelling with small children, and a mobile phone with a local sim card for international visitors.

This is the perfect place to get away from it all while having access to a superb choice of attractions right on your doorstep. Minutes away we have the Constantia Valley Wine Route, a selection of high end shopping areas, world-class restaurants and beautiful walking, running and cycling trails.

Chaza House is located within 20-25 minutes drive of Cape Town International Airport, the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain, with the nearest beach only 15 minutes away. Also close by are Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the Rhodes Memorial.

Accommodation is spread over two floors. Downstairs there are three bedrooms one en suite with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one with two single beds. There is also a large bathroom and a guest toilet. Upstairs we have another bathroom and two bedrooms one with a king size bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together to make a king. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards.

The lounge has a log fire, plush sofas and armchairs and a day bed set in the bay window area. The dining table seats 10. There is a separate TV room with DSTV, a DVD player, sofa, bean bags and board games, and the fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast counter as well as a six seater table.

The lounge, dining area and TV room all open onto our beautiful, well-established garden. For al fresco dining the terraces have two large tables that can be joined together to seat 12-14 people, and a third table is situated under the shade of the trees in the garden. A barbeque is provided, as are sun loungers for relaxing around the swimming pool. The pool has a safety cover to help you to keep the little ones out of trouble, and we also have a wonderful jungle gym to keep them entertained.Additional features are a double garage and a brand new alarm system.

Please note that while guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house, smoking is permitted in the garden.
