Delia Ferguson has been extending a warm welcome to her guests since 1995. Centrally situated between Rosebank, Hyde Park and Santon, there are 3 en-suite guest bedrooms, a family suite and a 2 bedroom cottage. Each has its own entrance through a private garden or courtyard. Described as 'An island of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city'. Rutland House is set in a beautiful half acre garden with a sparkling swimming pool. All the units have TV, radio, fridge, kettle and complimentrary sweets, fresh fruit and biscuits. Diners are offered by arrangement, laudry and Tours & Transfers organised. All credit cards accepted. Children are welcome. The 2 bedroom cottage is ideal for long stays and can be taken on a self catering basis if preferred. Conference facilities for up to 25 people in a lovely quiet garden environment. Free Wireless Internet is available.

"I felt we had stepped into an English garden! Delia's facility is beautifully landscaped and cared for. From her warm welcome to arranging our departure trip to the airport we could not have asked for more. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast delightful. Without transportation Delia helped with directions to shopping and restaurants within walking distance (and we felt quite safe walking in her neighborhood), and she even gave us rides to shopping as she was going out. I would absolutely recommend Rutland House and would return on future trips. The value for the cost cannot be surpassed. Thank you, Delia."
