This is a beautifully renovated, historic three-storey Edwardian terrace house located in the trendy De Waterkant area with views of the harbour and Table Mountain.

The house features a white interior with black details and is tastefully furnished. The interiors reflect the simplistic laid-back lifestyle of Cape Town, but with a subtle Asian influence.

The house is bright and sunny with a large patio offering an outdoor dining area. There are three bedrooms; two have double beds and one has twin beds. The bathrooms offer free-standing baths and rain showers. There is a large open-plan lounge with a TV, sound system and DVD player, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. A harmonious blend of architectural styles reflects the tastes of dictates of the past as well as today's more functional requirements. Between the high-rise office blocks, Edwardian and Victorian buildings have been meticulously preserved and many outstanding examples of Cape Dutch architecture are found.
