"There was one staff member; Eva who was absolutely lovely but the rest of the staff really need to look at the attitude towards their guests. We had dinner at their restaurant, really overpriced for what we got. R 800.00 (for 2) for a below average meal."

"The cottage is very cozy and comfortable in a nice and quiet setting.<br />We were actually disappointed as the <strong>advert was misleading!</strong> It clearly stated the cottage was a <strong>2 bedroom</strong> cottage with a seperate lounge, and it also stated that it was <strong>self catering.<br /><br /></strong>There is actually only <strong>1 bedroom with two beds in the lounge!</strong> Furthermore there were <strong>no cutlery</strong> except for mugs, cups and glasses - no knives, forks plates anything you expect of a <strong>self catering</strong> facility!!!<br /><br />I would therefore <strong>not recommend</strong> this cottage to anyone who cannot afford to eat all their meals elsewhere!<br />"

"We spent one night in the Critchley Hackle Garden Cottage, everything was lovely and clean. Would recommend more than one piece of firelighter for the fire but the hotel staff gave us more so was not really a problem. Overall a lovely stay, would stay here again."

"We decided to take a weekend break on the spur of the moment. SafariNow answered my enquiry very quickly and offered us Critchley Hackle Garden Cottage. We accepted the offer and within hours we were on our way. On arrival we found the Cottage to be well situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The Cottage itself is very comfortable as were the beds. Nice bathroom with bath & shower. Cosy lounge with a fire place. Beautiful garden surroundings and a dam for those who want to fish. We would certainly come back again.Jim & IsobelBenoni RSA"

"The cottage was sufficient for one night. The bedroom is very small. Bathroom is large, nice shower, toilet was difficult to flash. There was no soap or towels in the bathroom. As for the living area, it had a chair and a two seater coach. There is a microwave and coffee fasilities. There was a hairdryer to use. We had a pleasant stay."
