Pelican Place Guest Cottages

Pelican Place Guest Cottages is situated in the tranquil, leafy and well-established suburb of Durbanville, the jewel of the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Pelican Place offers guests a choice of four self-catering cottages, with a bed and breakfast option available on request. Each cottage is furnished with a queen-sized or a double bed and a sleeper couch. The bathrooms are en-suite and towels and linen are provided. The lounge areas are comfortably furnished and equipped with TVs with DStv and the kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering. Each cottage has a private entrance and private barbecue facilities with access to the garden.

Safe parking is available and guests can unwind in the thatch-roof covered Jacuzzi or escape those hot days by simply swimming in the pool.

Ideally situated away from the hustle and the bustle of the city centre, it is only a 20-minute drive to most attractions including Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, the world-renowned beaches of both Camps Bay and Blouberg, as well as the Winelands of Stellenbosch and Paarl, Western Cape's most popular wine route destinations.

Within a five-minutes drive from the guest house, guests can enjoy various sport facilities such as stunning golf courses and tennis courts or visit the shopping centres in the area. For those looking for a bit more fun, Ratanga Junction theme park and Grand West Casino are only a drive away.
