"According to the booking confirmation we couod use our room from 2 pm on. But nobody was there. Therefore we had to sit for 2 hours in our car because it was raining. No phone number was answered .<br />The room was small. There was no possibility to sit .<br />The day-room was closed because it had already be prepared for the breakfast next morning. Only after I complaint to the manager it was opened.Never again this place !!<br /><br />"
"Lovely and beautiful looking place. The breakfast was good, though I felt like options like, omelette were not allowed or available.Access to the place is ok as one uses the buzzer to alert reception, but it is a mission to go out. Buzzer out should be looked at, or a manned access control system - that also upgrades security a notch.Your beds are comfortable as we felt refreshed and rested in the morning.I will not hesitate to book at Aloe Guest Lodge should I be in the same area in the future. We enjoyed our one-night stay as a family."
"We used Fleurdale for an overnight stop. Rebeccah was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She and the male staff member on reception were both great and made us feel at home, even supplying us with plates and cutlery for our take-away lunch which we enjoyed in their lovely gardens. The room was spotless. The gardens deserve special mention, it really adds to the ambience of the place. Highly recommended, good value for money."
"The staff and management went out of their way for us. It was a special stay as it was the evening I asked my fiance to marry me. They made it a really special occassion. A really beautiful and lovely place to stay."
