  "I received 2 rooms I did not book. Upon enquiry on one of the rooms that was supposed to be next to the other, I was told that room was booked by someone else. we struggled to find the place (no signs). The bedding in one of the rooms weren't clean. Although we booked for 2 people per room sharing, there was only one towel per room. There were no coffee and tee facilities as stated in the booking. There was noise next to one of the rooms throughout the night and early hours of the morning."

  "My serious problem was non provision of soap; bath gel & a problematic toilet..<br/><br/>Establishment's response:<br/><br/>We wish to acknowledge the review made by Lulama Mayedwa, however, we apologize for the toilet tap that keeps on running through into the toilet until its turn off at the bottom. (Toilet tap fixed)<br/> <br/>Would have changed the room immediately but we were fully booked as at the time it was notice and did not want to disturb your privacy to call a plumber while you were relaxing since there was an alternative to switch the running tap<br/> <br/>Please note that we always provide bathing soap in all our rooms, during your stay bathing soap was provided<br/><br/>"

  "<p>staff rude. The entire place had a terrible stench. Bedrooms though neat, look nothing like the pictures put up. Pool was green. dining area untidy with rickity chairs and broken cupboards.There were a few unsavourycharacters lurking about which made me feel uneasy.<span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 16px;"><o:O:P></o:O:P></span></p><p><span style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 16px;"></span></p><p>owners were not considerate about how I felt about this when advised that this was not what I was sold and would like to cancel. I was advised that the cancellation clause states 0% refund if I cancel on the day of Arrival.<br></br></p><p>I honestly believe that what I got was not what I was sold, but non the less accepted this and booked in at the Sierra Hotel. <br></br></p><p>my week in johannesburg costed me more than double in accomodation, but I would definately not have slept with the smell coming out of this place.<br></br></p>"

  "Very well maintained , clean and roomy environment. Beautiful and easy in the eye.<br /><br />Big problem is that there were guests that were very noisy and inconsiderate. There was a big group of Nigerian guys who would sit and play pool till late at night. They shout, laugh and make a ruckus with no one of the staff reprimanding.<br /><br />Front desk staff are never at their post! That is if you are lucky to even identify them.<br /><br />Please brush up on your professional image, You are running a business establishment for Gods sake, not a village or compound!<br /><br />The place is great! Big ups!!<br />"
