  "Have some tea coffee etc in bedroom.Make sure that the money is paid over asap to the owner.Did not like it when I was leaving and the host asked for the balance especially when the first deposit was made a month ago and the second one a week ago!!!!"

  "We stayed at Pats Place for one night but could easily have made it 5! Suzanne and staff were lovely and welcoming, they went out of there way too help make breakfast special for my boyfriend on his birthday as well! Beautiful big room, clean and luxurious. We will be back!"

  "A lovely venue with friendly staff and plenty of comfort and privacy. Suzanne the owner is wonderfully accommodating and makes you feel at home. We really enjoyed staying in the honeymoon suite, especially with the jacuzzi tub and huge bed. The breakfasts are divine and Suzanne can make a variety of delicious meals. Definitely worth visiting again!"

  "In Pats Place you feel very soon at home, because Pat is a wonderful host. She is very friendly, warm and helpful! We slept in the honeymoon suite, a big room, tastefully furnished and a large, comfortable bed. We had a shower inside and a bath in a small private piece of garden.Breakfast was fantastic!Unfortunately a petrol station is the next neighbour, but nevertheless it is quiet and we slept very good."

  "This is the second time we stayed at Pat's Place and there will definitely be a third! The rooms are beautifully clean and the breakfasts are scrumptious. Suzanne is very welcoming and helpful and adds to the stay. The guesthouse is located very close to the town centre, but far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet."
