Toad Hall is on the scenic False Bay Coast in historic Simon's Town. It offers spectacular views of stunning sunrises, the sea and mountains. We are set in a quiet cul-de-sac only 100 m from the beach.The accommodation is a private sea facing apartment that has two double rooms comprising twin beds and king-size beds. There is a full bathroom, a small sitting room and a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with a fridge, kettle and microwave. The unit is rented with breakfast included which is served on the patio overlooking the bay .Whale sightings are abundant when in season and the many attractions include visits to Cape Point, penguins at Boulders, golf, wine tasting, beaches, restaurants and shops which are all nearby and easily accessible.Regrettably no pets allowed. At this moment with the water shortage in Cape Town I can only accommodate 2 in the apartment and guests will be asked to be very sparing with water usage ( 14/3/18)

06 January 2014"Loved the view from the bedroom, but would have liked a balcony to braai and sit.Were looking for self-catering. Not entirely self-catering unless you can cook in a microwave. This is purely a B&B stay.<br></br><b>Establishment's response</b><br></br><i>Thanks for the comments from Client Nita West- really sorry that they were disappointed but I must point out that in my correspondence I did alert them that there was no stove/hot plate in the kitchnette. They did find an electric frying pan provided. We also have a sitting area up on the patio above the apartment for guests - they were aware of this (and didnt use) but yes no braaiing area for guests. Thanks for the input.</i>"
