Bay Vista Garden Flat is a spacious and comfortable, totally private ground floor apartment positioned below a main residence and with wonderful sea views. The flat is located in Glencairn heights, which is between Fish Hoek and Simonstown.Bay Vista is set in a tranquil garden, high on the mountain, with lovely views of False Bay, the Glencairn wetland and the mountains.

Bay Vista is 50 metres from the scenic Elsies Peak hiking trail that provides panoramic views of the whole of False Bay, and is also in an ideal position for spotting whales in season.

Bay Vista is best suited for a couple, and can also sleep 1 or 2 children. Not suitable for 4 adults.

The apartment features a double bedroom, with magnificent views over the garden and valley. The spacious living room contains a Hi-Fi, radio, flat screen TV with full DStv (satellite TV) and a DVD player.

The lounge contains a sleeper couch and a second couch that can be converted into a single bed, while the bright and roomy kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, freezer and microwave oven - even a washing machine!

There is a wireless Fibre Internet router and free access to the Internet is available. Outside the kitchen door is a north facing sunny grassed area with a bench, outdoor table, umbrella, chairs and portable braai/barbecue.

    "Clean, very well stocked, comfortable, warm with a beautiful garden and a great view. Excellent road links with off road parking. High up the hill though so you'll need a car. A small spar and garage close by. The shower was powerful and the towels fluffy...what more do you want!<br />We will be keeping these details for future visits that's for sure.<br />"
