Alpine Villa at Oubaai Golf Estate
The Oubaai Golf Estate is an exclusive residential development set in the heart of the spectacular Garden Route in South Africa. The Oubaai Golf Estate provides 24 hour, security controlled access and is a family friendly, welcoming resort. The houses are built around an Ernie Els designed 18 hole golf course.
At Oubaai's Lifestyle Centre you will find a coffee shop, restaurant, a gym, squash court, swimming pool, pro-shop and driving range. Golf lessons are available by appointment. Hiking trails have been mapped throughout the estate and a number of children's play areas have been installed for the younger guests' enjoyment.
The development comprises 450 residential units consisting of 128 village apartments and 322 single residential properties. Our Alpine Villa is one of the magnificent single properties.
