  "We had a really great 3 night stay at the Fynbos Garden Suite. We were warmly welcomed by Karen. Everything was so neat and clean and the pool was absolutely awesome. We had peaceful breakfasts outside on the patio, listening to the sounds of the birds. It was a great little getaway. Our little two year old had a ball in the pool and running around on the grass and especially jumping on the King size bed. Thanks Karen! It was awesome!"

  "The door literally opens onto the beginning of the forest. You wake up to the relaxing sounds of the birds and wildlife in general. Great value for money and Karen is extremely friendly and accommodating. I will be staying here again.... And again and again and again"

  "We know the Wilderness area very well and it was great to be higher up for a change we always used to camp at the waters edge in Eb & Flo .The property is well kept an Karin our host went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable.It was rather cold and the fireplace was great every day it was cleaned and set again .All we had to do is light it.The bed is King size and very comfortable.All in all a nice experience and when we are not camping we will most certainly be back again.Highly recommend for a couple ."

  "If you need a place close to nature to just unwind, then Fynbos, is the place for you. Very close to George Mall and other attractions.   "We hebben genoten van een heerlijk verblijf. We hadden de ruimte in en om het huis. De tuin en uitzicht waren prachtig, waardoor we ons echt in een paradijs waanden. Het enige wat we hoorden was het geluid van vogels. <br/>Het was heerlijk dat elke dag de braai weer gereed gemaakt was voor een nieuw vuur. Alles was aangenaam schoon."

  "Fynbos Garden Suite is a haven of tranquillity, and a great place to unwind. The suite is very comfortable and tastefully appointed. One wakes to the sound of birds, and the view of the Outeniqua Mountains from the garden is wonderful. We booked it as a base for enjoying the Wilderness area, but ended up spending much of the time there, it was so peaceful. We felt refreshed and rejuvenated for our stay there. Thank you, Karen!"

  "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with nice accommodations in a secluded location - just what the doctor ordered for a retired, energetic couple looking for some peace and tranquility. Karen, the owner was very involved to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction - she is a great source of local information, including opera screenings at the local theatre - much appreciated. Peggy and Piet, the staff were a delight to interact with after they overcame their initial shyness. Will stay there again."

  "<div><br /></div><div>My girlfriend and I decided to take a trip to the Wilderness for a much-needed vacation to coincide with our 2 year anniversary. We arrived on Saturday early afternoon and we were shortly greeted and received by Karen's friendly neighbour.</div><div><br /></div><div>The accommodation was found in great condition - clean, spacious and adequately lit with both natural and artificial light. The pictures in the listing don't do the size of the space due justice - it definitely felt much larger than the images I'd seen. </div><div>The vista is breathtaking as the property extends all the way down to the Touw river. Its pathway is steeped in natural Fynbos beauty and abundant with birdlife. Waking up to the sounds of light morning rain and birdsong helps to perfectly set the tone for the day ahead.</div><div><br /></div><div>Although interaction with Karen was fairly limited (our plans involved day trips to Knysna, Plett &amp; The Crags) - she made us feel right at home with her pleasant, helpful personality. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and will be back sometime to explore some more.</div><div><br /></div><div>Thank you Karen.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>"

  "Fynbos Garden suite is aptly named, because we experienced the birdlife attracted to the beautiful gardens surrounded by fynbos. The hike down to the river was wonderful. Karen, thank you for being such a warm and knowledgable host. The accommodation was spacious, very well decorated with crisp, clean bedding and a fully functional kitchenette. Apart from the natural surrounds and beauty, we were also spoilt with a fireplace, loads of DSTV channels and Wi-fi. We will definitely return for more weekend break-aways. Colin & Deidre, Plett."

  "Initially we looked for something with a nice view, but found everything too expensive, so didn't expect much except a nice little cottage. We were blown away with the view and beauty of the area. Something that a picture can't capture. At the end we felt we got the best deal in Wilderness in terms of a view & surroundings. The cottage itself is amazing, with a fireplace, DSTV & Wi-Fi included we couldn't ask for more. The host (Karen) is also very helpful and knowledgable about the area. If we needed anything she was there to help. A definite recommendation from us! For sure, the best value for money in the Wilderness area!"
