  "The accommodation was very clean, well stocked, where the kitchen and the bathroom facilities were all beyond our expectations! The extra touches of a well stocked fridge upon our arrival helped ease us into relaxation mode!Good communication through SafriaNow was made by our host but no personal welcome to our accommodation was experienced nor was there any info/welcome note to give an indication about keys, remotes, wifi codes, or emergency contacts upon our arrival.Couple of items not available like braai tongs, scissors, jugs will help to improve tenants' comfort! The person sleeping on the sleeper couch in the lounge had no privacy from other cottage tenants as no curtains/blinds provided on the large sliding doors to the communal balcony. Also cramped parking area does not allow for easy allocated parking of vehicles.These are just minor touches that would improve the overall experience of a tenants' stay at the cottages in the converted Barn! Overall it was a very enjoyable and pleasant stay at the Loft in the converted Barn on the Kusane Farmstead!"

  "On arrival there is nobody to welcome you or show the right cottage to you. The road could definetly be improved. Very dusty when you arrive with a clean polished vehicle and after driving this poor road that evect your car sensors on your vehicle as a flat tyre. It looked like you were in the desert with white dust that even your clothes is dirty if you open the luggage compartment to take out your luggage. On departure we battle to get our trailer turned around that the farmworker just stood watching and the husband of the guestlady were on his phone watching how me my husband and two girls were struggling to push and hold the trailer. No carport or garage or covered parking for your vehicle in all wheater circumstances. The directions very poorly marked."
