  "Our stay at Verbe Caravan Park was at a time when Kamieskroon was subject to strict water restrictions by the municipality and there was a 16 hour power outage. In spite of these challenges, at all times, Daniel worked very hard to ensure that the facilities at the site operated efficiently as possible. He also was very helpful in advising us where to go to see the flowers and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Verbe."

  "the town is well situated, allowing one to visit Port Nolloth and Hondeklip Bay for the day. Unfortunately, due to the drought we did not see any of the flowers we had so hope to see.The caravan park is entirely gravel. If at all possible, you should choose sites close to the office. When we were there the wind blew gales, coming from the direction of the Catholic Mission with nothing to break it."

  "Campsite was empty when we arrived. We were supposed to phone when we arrived but only had our overseas mobile. We text the number and someone came and sorted electrical hookup for us. Clean facilities. Was ok for 1 night on our way to fish river canyon."

It was particularly useful to get information about best routes to view flowers.The ablutions were clean and there was adequate hot water at all times.It is difficult to find a level spot to set up camp unless you use the area adjacent to the reception.I'll certainly return."

  "We didn't stay - because we arrived to find the caravan park very run down, not another camper in sight, no staff around and the ablutions locked. It is not an attractive place as portrayed in the photo either - very barren and dusty. We decided to laugh off our payment and go elsewhere."
