This is a beautiful and spacious house situated in an exclusive security estate, bordering the renowned Goose Valley Golf Course in Plettenberg Bay. The property has a large self-catering main house as well as a smaller self-catering cottage available. The cottage can be included in the overall property rental in peak seasons, but is available separately for out of season lettings for small groups.

The Main House can sleep up 12 guests in six bedrooms, all with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and ample storage space. The ground floor features a large entrance hall, a spacious guest cloakroom, an attractive TV lounge with a bar area, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a dishwasher.

There is a further entertainment area with a braai area opening onto the garden and a covered deck with its own dining area. The first floor is accessed by a circular staircase, leading to a furnished balcony and four bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is a separate studio apartment accessed via an external staircase.

The cottage is separate from the main house and can accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms. The ground floor features a comfortable lounge area with DStv and a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a built-in braai unit.

A corridor off the entrance hallway has a washing machine and a storage area leading to a shower room and a spare bedroom with a sleeper couch for children. There is an entertainment deck on two sides of the building with a wooden picnic table and sun loungers.
