Riverview House

Riverview House is an upmarket, modern double-storey house situated in the Silverstreams River Estate, on the Keurbooms River in Plettenberg Bay. The house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends and is near enough to enjoy all that Plett offers, but located in a quiet, safe environment where you can enjoy being on the river, with just a short walk to the beach.

Silverstreams is a secure gated estate with manicured lawns that lead directly down to the Keurbooms River. Children are free to roam the estate, swim, fish or canoe in the river and there are large open communal gardens which all residents are free to use.

Riverview House is a spacious, light and airy house that can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests and contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are located upstairs. The upstairs is a split level and a patio on the front affords peaceful river views for sundowners.

Downstairs, there is an open-plan lounge and dining area, a kitchen, and a small separate TV lounge that leads to a semi-covered outdoor entertainment patio with a Jacuzzi. The house has its own private garden with braai facilities, next to the Jacuzzi. The soft sounds of the water feature will add to your feeling of tranquillity. Ample off-road parking is available and garage to fit two cars is provided. There is a slipway in the complex, and parking for boats is available.
