  "We wish to thank Alta at My House for a wonderful overnight stay at My House on 19 December 2008.Alta went out of her way to make sure that we were accommodated with comfort and care.Alta went the extra mile when she undertook to remove a 'seemingly impossible to remove stain' from a brand new Polo shirt I had worn for the first time - she removed it successfully!May I also recommend any guests to My House to try Alta's famous scrambled eggs;they rank with the best I have ever eaten!!I recommend My House to an anybody visiting Ladybrand as a ten out of ten!Thank you Alta, we will definitely be back in the winter for the snow season!With kind regards,Walter & Martli"

They gave us some wonderful insights of life in South Africa and we were treated to the best breakfast in the world.   "I wouldn't say that Lady Brand itself has a great deal to offer tourists but it is a great place for peace and quiet and beautiful fresh air. It was very safe and we felt very happy to be able to walk around to one of the local restaurants even after dark.The room was lovely and was very tastefully furnished and interestingly different from the normal run of the mill B.N.B decor.We had very good friendly service and the breakfast was first class.We liked the separate entrances to all the rooms and the pretty garden which was very welcoming after a long trip."

  "My stay at My Housy was an absolute wonderful experience. The friendly caring for the individual guest is somemething one cannot find everywhere. One feels like being home apart from the distance from the real home.The quiteness and nicely keep environment is fantastic. The time you take to talk and share experiences with guests is something I will never forget. I felt absolutely relaxed after the days work.
