This residence offers a wonderful panoramic view over the green and fairway of the first hole, and the Langebaan Lagoon with its unforgettable sunsets that can be enjoyed throughout the year. The West Coast is famous for its beautiful and unspoiled nature, rich birdlife and exceptional seasonal flowers.

Birdies Golf Villa is comfortably furnished with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a living room and a flat-screen TV with a hotel DStv bouquet and a large terrace with an integrated braai. The dcor is very tasteful using high-quality materials.

This very modern villa is located a mere five-minute walk from the clubhouse, communal pool and driving range. The beach, shops and restaurants are in the nearby vicinity. The 17 km long lagoon offers beautiful white beaches with crystal clear water. It is a mecca for water sport enthusiasts.

The washing machine will only be available to guests who book for seven days or longer.

"I specifically searched for a house with a fireplace as going away in Winter can be pretty cold. I was extremely disappointed when on arrival, not only did the alarm go off and we were not given the remote to turn it off, but the fireplace was also not working. The house is fully tiled and it was freezing. After complaining we did get a call back to tell me where there was a gas heater we could use. By Saturday night the gas was finished and we were back to been freezing. I think the house would be lovely in summer but definitely not a winter place unless they sort out the fireplace. Also the pictures showed a TV in the main bedroom, when we arrived there was no tv in the bedroom, only in the lounge."

"Birdie's Golf Villa is a lovely house, we found it to be very clean and well equipped. Beautifully decorated with lots of white and clean lines,which makes for a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. It is a light house with many windows, beautiful views all round and a lot of bird life in the garden."
