  "The apartment was clean and comfortable and situated in a really nice location. However, we had to leave early and therefore were not able to get our cash deposit back on our departure day. I have emailed the lady who emailed us the directions and sent numerous sms' to the number I was given with my banking details yet not even one response. Really disappointed about that..."

  "Besides the dirty dishes and dirty kitchen floor, and an un-emptied dustbin, the stay was fine as we spent most of our time at the lagoon. The problem is that we still have not received our deposit back and have received no communication from Chris. I have contacted several times and eventually I reached him and I was told that it will be done on Friday. Still no money or contact. We were there a week ago and he is not replying to my voice message, sms nor answering his phone. This has made us decide to never return."

  "The original add did not mention that we had to pay for our own electricity, normally this is included in your rate. We did however get this sorted. No toilet paper and hand soap. Dirty crockery and cutlery. No washing up cloth. Requested bedding for 3 - not initially supplied. Braai broken and banged the whole night. We were requested to phone 30 mins before arrival, which we did 3 times with no answer. When 5 mins outside Langebaan the call was answered. Upon arrival at designated meeting point, we waited a further 20 mins and had to call again realising that no one was going to call us."

  "My stay was nice and peaceful. The town we were in has this calm vibe that makes you feel so relaxed. Just it was cold but heaters made it cosy. I sure would love to visit again, but in summer this time. My family and I had a great stay. Just when going in winter be prepared to take along a heater or 2."

  "We had a wonderful stay - the weather was kind to us. The proximity to the beach was great. In spite of having a medical emergency on Sunday night (asthmatic daughter) we could not complain. The cleaning lady was a bit late in getting started on Friday - but we then just went for a walk on the beach till she was finished. My hubby was not impressed with her attitude. The kids loved riding around the complex on their bikes."
