Little Brak Holiday Home

Little Brak Holiday Home is a lovely, large family home located in Little Brak River, between Mossel Bay and George, along the Garden Route. The house offers sea views, and is within walking distance from the main swimming beach area. The house is double-storey with the main living area being upstairs, making the most of the views.

On the ground level, there is a family room with sliding doors to a patio area, that leads onto a kitchenette area with a sink, and a bar freezer. Also on the ground level, are the first, second and third bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom contains twin single beds, the second bedroom contains a double bed and sliding doors leading to the patio, and the third bedroom containing twin single beds. There are two separate bathrooms, one containing a bath and basin, and a separate toilet, and the other containing a shower, toilet and basin. In addition, the washing machine is located in the one bathroom.

The upstairs level features a family room, a kitchen, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The upstairs family room has sliding doors leading onto a balcony, and has an open-plan dining area. The kitchen is equipped is a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. The fourth bedroom contains a single bed, and the fifth bedroom contains a double bed. There is a guest toilet that is separate from the downstairs shower and basin.

Portable braai facilities are available. A double covered carport is provided. The house has a TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card.
