  "In South Africa we are currently on lockdown. Meaning all accommodation facilities are closed. I have canceled this booking by email long before its date but never got a response, nor my refund. When I contact telephonic ally no one answers the phone. Please advise when am I going to get my refund."

  "We found Sips very disappointing. There was no welcome, in fact it appeared to be a smile-free zone. Although I'd asked for a twin room without stairs because I had a walking disability, we were given the room furthest from reception and had to cross many paths and steps which were uneven and even harder to walk on than normal stairs. The room was just large enough for 2 beds and the wardrobe was pushed against the window so there was no light whatsoever. Very claustrophobic. We asked for another room and were initially told that there were no other vacancies. Eventually we found another room upstairs which was larger, had a window but the light was too dim to read by. The dining room was meant to serve food from 7 till 9. Unfortunately this day it closed at 4 and of course we had arrived at 4.30. We eventually found some yoghurt and chocolate in the town. Staff suggested we go to KFC! Internet appeared to be working but was not available for guests. Grossly overpriced for a very unpleasant experience. We would not recommend!"
