"A Wonderful Bush Getaway"

"A wonderful bush getaway where you feel safe but are totally immersed in the bush. Amenities are basic but have everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff make this an effortless experience. Compliments to Cedric for a wonderful historical interesting tour of the Mapungubwe Archaeological site. Definitely a highlight of our time there. Expect lots of dust, elephants and fewer animals at this time of the year, but definitely a worth a visit."

"Just awesome, thanks. The dam, confluence and tree top walk in the Eastern side and the pans/bird hide on the western side. Lots of Boabab and Njala Berries and lots of Elephant. Bird life is prolific. Baboons and Blue Apes is a nuisance though."

"What a beautiful setting. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, professional staff.<br/>The tranquility of nature brought back many memories of my childhood. All kinds of everything, lion and hyiena at night, elephants on your doorstep, too many to mention. i will definetly be back ....<br/>One of your staff members called Given is a great asset to this camp, he cleans and is extremely helpful what diligent worker is he. "Enjoyed our stay at Mazhou. Basic facilities, but kept clean. Lots of wildlife close to the camp - listen out for the lions at night! Accessible in a sedan - no need to 4x4 it. Great experience."

"Very nice camping site and helpful personnel, nice game viewing and beautiful area. However a swimming pool is really a problem due to the extreme heat. Even a small splash pool would have been appreciated."
