Margate Boulevard 403

Margate Boulevard 403 is an exceptionally spacious, executive penthouse situated alongside the Margate municipal swimming pool, which borders the main beach of Margate. The powdery sands beckon from uninterrupted 180-degree sea views, and the complex is just a short stroll from all amenities, including shops, the beach, restaurants, and a cinema house.

On arrival, park your car in the secure access-controlled double garage and spend your holiday strolling in the warm Indian Ocean sea breezes. Access to the holiday apartment is strictly controlled by coded passes. This particular penthouse is one of only two units on the level, therefore affording privacy by cutting out passer-by traffic.

The unit is completely wheelchair accessible, a lift is available, and our front door is extra-wide. Enter the penthouse through a carved wooden front door into an entrance foyer. The lounge and dining room are open plan, with lovely Italian ceramic floor tiles, and full DStv is provided. The balcony offers breathtaking views, built-in braai facilities and glass balustrades that have been built on exceedingly generous proportions. The oak fitted kitchen boasts views of Margate main beach and is also open plan off the dining room.

There are three bedrooms and the main bedroom opens onto the balcony. The apartment is also equipped with two bathrooms and we supply all linen, except beach towels. The house is fully equipped for up to eight guests and is luxuriously furnished. This is the place to come and relax while enjoying breathtaking views.

  • "Disappointing Stay!!!!"

    08 January 2024

"Other than the most spectacular 180 degrees sea view from the enormous balcony, the apartment offers no modern features:- We lived through the freezer for the entire week as the fridge didnot work- We had to buy Q20 so we could open the sliding doors and windows- No Wifi (really in 2023!!!!), DSTV didnot work and we had to call someone to fix it- Walls have visible leaks- Old, very OLD fashion couches, bedding, curtains, cutlery- Railing in the bedroom fell off during the night and we had to find a string to keep it upVery disappointing stay, I hope the owners do a serious revamp as it is a shame to put such beautiful scenery to waste"

"R8000.00 for three nights for 4 people - EXTORTION FOR MEDIOCRACY!!! This unit is like stepping back in time to the 1960's!!! The furnishings are APPALLING! We each got one threadbare, mildewed postage stamp masquerading as a towel. Tiny 200mlX50ml sponge foam bathmat which was soaked in no time! Hideous wall clour, ceiling water damaged and light fittings badly rusted. Vertical blinds have passed their sell by date a LONG time ago(they only belong in offices!!!) As for the "dolphin" dutch lace - I am speechless!!! This is not a unit I would recommend to anyone!!! An additional R400.00 was payable for the sheets to be washed after we left. R400.00 to wash 4 sheets???? WOW!!!"
