Ducks Crossing is an ideal lakeside home suitable for a family or a group of friends looking for a wonderful escape on the waters edge. The house comfortably sleeps six guests, including children, in four comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms of which three have direct access to the garden or Marina.

The large open country kitchen has a scullery that is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals, enjoyed in the elegant and French-style dining room. There are two lounges of which one is a TV room with DStv and the other is perfect for long and lazy reads, followed by an afternoon siesta or glass of red wine in front of the fire.

Situated in the Marina da Gama Estate, the house has been built along the Zandvlei with all the homes built in a similar style and white colouring, giving one an immediate holiday feel. The security is well monitored and access is controlled, so many hours can be spent fishing, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or cruising the waterways on the house's own pedalo with a secure peace of mind.
