Melkbos Self-catering Apartment is a lovely, sunny, separate entrance flat located in the Avenues with partial sea views, just 150 metres from the beach. The unit is fully equipped for self-catering and sleeps up two people.

The one-bedroom apartment features an en-suite bedroom with queen-size bed and walk-in cupboards and an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A parking bay in front of the garage is also provided. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the city centre, 35 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and within sight and sound of the ocean.

"We stayed for six nights at the beginning of March to share in a family reunion, as Cameron's brother lives on the Atlantic Beach golf estate and the apartment is nearby.Michelle was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We thought the apartment was very well done, stylish, comfortable and everything had been well thought out. We loved the fact that there were supplies in the kitchen and I now love the South African rusks."
