Life on 3rd is a trendy guesthouse conveniently situated in the cosmopolitan village of Melville in the heart of the Johannesburg Metropolitan area. Located on quiet, leafy corner of Melville, Life on 3rd is in close proximity to the famous 7th Street with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, galleries and various stores selling designer wear to curios. After dark 7th street is a buzz with its notorious vibrant nightlife. Main Road, Melville has numerous fast food outlets, restaurants, shops, gyms and banks. Campus Square Shopping Center, SABC, Media 24, AFDA Film School, Wits, University of Johannesburg and are within a 5kms from where we are located. For nature lovers, Melville Koppies Nature Reserve is a 5-minute walk away and Johannesburg Zoo is close by. Golfers can enjoy a round of golf at Parkview Golf Course, that is a 5-minute drive away.
