Mariannhill Missionaries House

Mariannhill Missionaries House is a five-bedroom self-catering cottage, ideally situated just a stones throw from the beach in Melville, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The house is close to various shops and restaurants. This is the ideal place for a group of friends, or a large family, looking for a peaceful holiday.The cottage belongs to the Missionaries of Mariannhill, a Roman Catholic Congregation, but anyone is welcome to stay at the cottage regardless of their religion. There is a small chapel-room attached to the cottage that can be used for quiet moments of reflection if you so wish.The house comprises five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen. All the rooms have twin beds that can be joined should you wish. Bed linen is provided. The house has two bathrooms, one containing a shower and a bath, and one with a shower only.The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven. There is a comfortable lounge area that contains a TV with DStv. There is a large veranda at the back of the house. Outside, there is a huge garden, ideal for kids to play or to enjoy a braai. A lockable garage with space for two vehicles is provided. There is a swimming pool built at the beach, with fresh waters from the sea. Children can also make use of the pool, under the watch of an adult.
