360 on 62

A mere two hours drive from Cape Town transfers one through the stone portals of Cogmanskloof to the Little Karoo and the charming village of Montagu.

Accommodation is provided in four labourers cottages that have been restored to maintain their unique character and spirit of simplicity.

All cottages are fully equipped with linen, down and wool duvets for cold nights, crockery and cutlery.

The units do not have televisions.

Winters are warmed by original fireplaces and braais are enjoyed on the sheltered patios.

Enjoy our varied bird life with 77 species to date or walks on peaceful rural roads and trails.

This historic village lies in a fertile valley enclosed by the Swartberg and Langeberg mountain ranges. Our farm is situated approximately seven kilometres outside the village on Route 62.

"A very nice place overall. Only thing that could be improved is the photos on Safari Now, as they do not do the place justice. Lovely comfortable cottages and very hospitable hosts."
