Kya Bella is a charming self-catering house situated in the Zini River Estate, in Mtunzini. It has easy access to the beach, bush walks and a river.The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (Big stove and oven, microwave, toaster, Bodum, slow cooker, snackwich maker, weber Braai etc). The Tv is only connected to SABC 1,2,3 and etv, however dstv can be arranged for an extra fee. There is a covered play area for kids, with a trampoline and a jungle gym. Guests can relax on the spacious patio leading from the lounge area, overlooking the hills and river. This is the ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends.

23 December 2021"Beautiful location in a safe and secure estate nestled in Mtunzini. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, with lovely views from the expansive patio. Beach access through the nature reserve outside of the estate only 3km away. Beach is one of the cleanest on the upper northern coastline. Estate has pool, tennis courts and hiking trails and the golf course situation just outside Zini River Estates. Ideal location if you are looking for a quiet getaway."

22 August 2017"We had the most beautiful few days here. I can't fault the accommodation - modern, spacious, clean, comfortable with gorgeous views. We have little kids and a big selling point was the playground, it turned out to be a great sundowner spot for the adults too. Mtunzini has everything you might need - supermarket, butchery, golf course and we really enjoyed the Saturday market. Great beach as part of the conservancy is just a short drive from the Zini Estate. A wonderful getaway."

07 April 2015"We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed, the house was beautiful, neat, easy to keep clean and very spacious. The pictures on safari don't do the place justice, I really admire the simple yet sophisticated the sliding doors allow for a lot of natural light, the views were majestic, it's was peaceful and very relaxing, the whole experience was just too amazing for words,the beaches were clean and the good weather helped , and we managed to catch a few zebras on camera, they were roaming freely just outside the estate, hubby caught some nice fish as well , and my son thoroughly enjoyed the kiddies facilities at the house and on the beach front, we only had a few minor problems in our stay - there was no microwave or toaster and iron, reheating food was a job and a half to say the least, but other than that we hope to return in the near future...."
