"It was while we were staying at One on Hely that we discovered, to our immense distress, that we had lost our passports. Ann and Megan went far further than the extra mile to help us, searching our room and luggage and making helpful suggestions. On our last day we were allowed to stay well beyond checkout time in order to complete the lengthy paperwork tasks required in order to replace our travel documents. Megan patiently made phone calls, printed out forms and photocopied documents for us and even undertook to pass the package on to the courier so that we could continue our holiday. I cannot praise her highly enough. The loss of the passports took the edge off our holiday but we could not have been better looked after. The room, the pool and the view were also wonderful and it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had too! Many, many thanks to you both. We will be back ( but this time with our passports in a safe place). Don't miss a chance to stay here."
