"Time for a refurb- total dissapointment"

"very disappointing, poor standards of hygiene and cleanliness. 7 lights out. No tumble dryer as advertised. Washing machine and Dishwasher both faulty and leaked all over the floor. Spent 2 days of our holiday with maintenance men and cleaners in. Holes in the bath, showers with black mould, missing fittings. Cracked mirrors, 5 small towels for 6 guests, all bleach stained, 5 coat hangers for a 3 bed property. Balconies dirty and covered in excrement. Do I need to go on? Avoid!"
