  "Keith is a great host, friendly and helpful.The location of Maxwells is in a quiet suburb yet close to arterial routes. Beware that traffic is heavy at peak hour but ok if you travel counter flow.The morning view of the mountain from our room is spectacular.Would recommend for out of CBD stay."

  "My husband and I popped into the Cape for a weekend away. Maxwell's was so pleasant that we actually spent a good chunk of our time just relaxing there. Stunning mountain view, clean and comfortable room (Amazing bed), full access to kitchen, lounge and dining room and a delicious breakfast each morning. Keith is a very friendly host as well. We will definitely return and highly recommend."

  "It was a very short trip from the Airport to Maxwells guest house (sorry for the a.m. Review Title!).<br/>Keith, the owner is very friendly and serving a wonderful breakfast. There was only one thing to complain: the weather, however that wasnt Keith fault. Thank u very much again and best regards from Juergen & Annika"

  "Maxwells is an exceptional guest house with very high quality facilities including upmarket beds and bedding situated in a very upmarket area.Keith Maxwell The owner is very easy going and accommodating.I will recommend this guest house for any occasion at very reasonable prices.10/10 rating. The only issue is no parking on site but there is very safe off road parking when the guest is full.<br />"

  "What a beautiful house and suburb! We were travelling as a couple and would stay at Maxwell's again any day!<div>Delicious breakfast every morning (Cereals, fruits and yoghurt and Keith even makes bacon and eggs)</div><div>For those concerned about privacy: It is very private and you come and go as you please. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. The rooms are very "homey", comfortable and have beautiful views. The house is clean and neat and a great environment to relax after a full day of sight seeing and travelling.</div>"

  "We had a great time at Appian House. It is in the beautiful, safe suburb of Newlands and is a short walk from Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, where you can also catch the Hop On/Hop Off Capetown tour bus. The house is spotlessly clean and quiet. Keith is a great host and makes a fantastic breakfast. A pleasant upmarket shopping mall is only a few minutes' drive away. Excellent value for money.<br />"

  "We enjoyed our stay at Appian House very much. We stayed in the garden cottage for 7 days and it was everything we could hope for. The pictures you see on internet is excactly what it looks like. Beautiful!! Safe and private.It was clean and Keith was the perfect host! He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and a experience we will never forget. Even the person who serviced the cottage daily was helpful and friendly. What a awesome time we had, thanx Keith and staff. We will for sure be back."
