  "We booked in as strangers and booked out as friends. We had an amazing time. The owners/personnel were so friendly and helpful. Organized dinner, phoned when we left stuff behind. We then returned and paid forward with delivering eggs for the next guests."

  "The B&B was nice - basic but clean. The room was quite cold, but a heater and hot water bottles were provided. The rooms weren't quite ready when we arrived (they were still putting up some newly washed curtains), but not a major inconvenience. One tip though: wouldn't recommend buying from the shop where you pick up the key. It was very over-priced - we found out that later that they sell products you can buy at the honesty shop at almost double the price!!"

  "<p style="text-align: left;">Nieu Bethesda is a typical old town with buildings to match. The web site for Outsiders needs an update as there is no adjacent shop.</p><p style="text-align: left;">The accommodation is basic and clean, the shower cubicle is rather small. This was the first place we stayed at where there were no sheets on the bed, don't know if this is a new way of doing things!</p>"

  "We received a warm welcome in Nieu Bethesda not only from the weather but from Katrin as well. Lovely clean room, simple but comfortable furnishing, everything we needed.   "We stayed in the "Water Tower". Wow what a cute idea. Everything was more than perfect. Crisp clean bedding and towels. Our heads just sank into the duck feather pillows. Nieu Bethesda and the village life is reallyworth seeing - it is "MAGIC". I can not remember when last I saw so many stars and enjoyed such peace and tranquility. We even had 2 friendly kitties who joined us on the deck and watched us while we were sleeping. It is the perfect overnight stay when travelling to the Eastern Cape, yet you will still have enough time to see the main attractions on.we will definitely visit again, next time for much longer. "

  "We were welcomed on our arrival and made to feel at home. The hosts are friendly, and kindly presented a selection of possible dinner venues, and promptly booked upon our request. They also provided good advice on the best times to visit the Owl House.The bed was comfortable with crisp white linen and clean towels, and the room was clean. There were also a couple of geese, bantam chickens , 2 cats and a friendly dog that all added to the country experience.And they serve an excellent breakfast.................."
