Experience the beauty and diversity of a South African National Park (SANPark) camp. Guests that visit Olifants will be exposed to an unforgettable window of Africa.

The camp is situated a top a hill which towers several hundred feet over the Olifants river. Views from the lookout platforms allow one to see the river below, just as a soaring eagle would survey it, as it hunts from the skies.

PLEASE NOTE: the rates are subject to the number of adults and children staying. Quotes will include the 1% Community Levy, but will exclude daily conservation fees, which are to be paid directly to camp on arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: from 1 September 2017, all visitors over 18 years old will be required to produce their identity document (ID), passport or alternative valid identification e.g. drivers licence card for scanning upon entering/exiting the Park.

"The location of the camp is stunning and the views from the restaurant and lookout point are awe inspiring.There is some refurbishment work going on which means that part of the camp looks like a building site, but there was nothing happening which caused disturbance.The birds are abundant and an added attraction. The monkeys have learned the art of opening fridge doors and taking food, even in broad daylight, if we humans are foolish enough not to heed the notices and turn fridges to face a wall! We learnt the hard way!"

"The camp is beautifully located however it could use a little restoration. Also it would have been good to know that the huts come without kitchen, we arrived with plenty of food and had to race to the camps store to buy cutlery, pots, cups, plates etc! And for 7 people we hardly found enough. Establishment's response Thank you for the feedback. At reception as far as ic an recall is a sign which states that a â€œpicnicâ€ basket with utensils, kettle post and pan can be hired for R12.00 a day."

"Me and my husband booked one bungalow with river view. The best are no. 9-11 but no. 1/8 and 12-13 are also really good. Very clean! Perfekt atmosphere and nice restaurant and helpfull people..... We would recommend! Best restcamp."
