Ambiance Apartment

This north-facing apartment is ideally situated in the central, quiet City Bowl area of Oranjezight, against the foothills of Table Mountain. It is fully furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. This is a very good, well placed and safe area of central Cape Town. The unit features two bedrooms; one has a double bed and the other has two single beds, enabling the apartment to sleep up to four people. The bathroom contains a bath with a hand shower and there is a large sitting room, with an open-plan dining counter and an equipped, open-plan kitchen. The sitting room is equipped with a TV, DVD player and a small radio/cd player Features include a balcony with four chairs and a table for dining al fresco, as well as a private, secure parking bay. All bed linen and towels are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own beach towels and kitchen towels. The apartment is totally self catering.. This apartment is easily accessible from the airport along the N1 or N2 highways, and it is a 10-minute drive to the Waterfront, Kirstenbosch, Camps bay, the Table Mountain cable car and Green Point Stadium. The unit is also within easy walking distance from the city centre, the Gardens Shopping Centre and numerous other attractions and restaurants. DSTV and Internet has been set up for the guests own cost.

    "The Apartment is located a very quiet, but convenient area close to the Gardens shopping centre. It contains all the necessities for a short stay and is comfortable, clean and private. The double bed in the main room is so comfortable that I thought it deserved a special mention. As it is in an apartment block, you occasionally bump into neighbours, which I found to be extremely friendly. I stayed on my own and felt very safe. Parking is also off street and secure. An Apartment suited my needs perfectly and I will definitely stay there again, should the need arise."
