Fields of Gold Cottages

Simunye Cottage is a rustic self catering cottage on Fields of Gold Farm. The farm is situated in the Paarl/Franschhoek valley and a short drive from many famous farms, restaurants and golf courses such as Pearl Valley and Boschenmeer golf estates.
We are conveniently situated mid way between Paarl and Franschhoek with a short 10 minute drive to either town.

Simunye Cottage offers a comfortable. home away from home experience and has everything you need for your weekend getaway or an overnight stay if attending a wedding at the nearby wedding venues such as La Paris and Fraaigelegen and many others.
The cottage has one large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and an en-suite bathroom .
There is a small lounge. dining area , open plan to the fully equipped kitchen.
A lovely stoep overlooks the natural rock pool with beautiful views of the mountains.
The farm is surrounded by other working farms and agricultural industries.
The road up to the cottage is a gravel road with a fairly steep driveway.

Sandi Ferreira, owner of Fields of Gold, lives on the farm and is always on call.

"We had a pleasant stay. Well equipped cottage with beautiful scenery. My biggest complaint would be the road noise coming from passing traffic. I am sure this will not bother most people, but I am very sensitive to this. Very kind reception."
