"We booked a room for two adults and one toddler of under 2 years. We were given a room with only a shower. When we contacted Ms Mari Malherbe, she gave us a don't-care attitude. She didn't bother to come up with any suggestion of how we could bathe our son. We had to check out first thing in the morning and she was happy with that.I wouldn't go back there or recommend it to anyone."

  • "Not satisfied"

    18 December 2012

"It is a very beautiful place but the service is not up to standard. When we arrived one of the bathrooms were out of order and they let the people use the room's facilities. There also wasn't enough towels. And the one that was there was paper thin."
