The White Giraffe River Cottage
Escape to tranquil shores lined with the weeping willows of the Vaal River. The White Giraffe River Cottage is situated in the country town of Parys.
The river cottage offers a lovely quiet atmosphere within easy reach of the town. It comprises a double room and a family room with a double bed and a sleeper couch. There is one main bathroom and one smaller bathroom with a toilet. The classic kitchen is fully equipped and there is a lounge and a large dining area with a beautiful timber fireplace. Outside features a braai area in the well-maintained garden.
The town of Parys is scattered with art and antiques and is renowned for its many stylish places to eat and drink. There is a lineup of activities such as river rafting, abseiling and 4x4 routes. But its the geological wonders and heritage of the Vredefort Dome that are without a doubt the stars of the show.

08 June 2015"<p>Just had the most wonderful weekend playing golf at the magnificent Parys Country Estate and the accommodation at White Giraffe River cottage was just aboutperfect for us. Would suggest the optionof twin beds in one of the rooms so that 4 same sexgolfers can spend a weekend together without fighting for spots to sleep.The braai out back does need replacing I think our fire was just one too many :) All in allwould highly recommend and will be back for sure.</p><p></p><p>Andrew</p>"
