"Two magic days at Maguga Lodge that offers good accommodation and friendly service at a very reasonable rate."
"Enjoyed our stay, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel and we enjoyed it. Breakfast had a large variety of choices, and we had it on the veranda of the dining room. Beautiful view of the Maguga Dam and lake. I liked the decor very much."
"Very nice place to stay, we loved the swimming ppol area and the restaurant. Great rooms and nice staff."
"Very nice and peaceful."
"It is very nice peaceful quaint place realy we like it so much"
"A worthwhile stopover. Very friendly staff. The food was very good."
"The rondavel we stayed in at Maguga Lodge was very nice and clean and beautifully located with great views at Maguga Dam."
"It was my first time visiting Piggs Peak so I wasn't sure what to expect and was surprised at the quality and professionalism at Maguga Lodge! The food was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable just what one needs after a long day driving! I'll be using Maguga again on my next visit."
"It is the place to stay. Friendlly people and excellent service. The trip on the dam was awesome! Accommodation in the rondawels is very comfortable and housekeeping makes your stay a warm place. This was our first bike-trip to Swaziland, but definately not our last. Well done, Maguga !!!"
"Quite disappointed with the campsite - situated next to the main road and the very noisy general dealer. Did not feel that our camping stuff was safe, thus one of the party had to keep watch while the others wandered around."
"We had a lovely time at Maguga Lodge, we wouldn't mind going back there. Everything was just too nice!"
"A peaceful place to relax, but have to admit the resturant service was poor. Had to fetch the bill ourself as the waiter was occuppied with other things and to top it up we had to change our order 3 times as they run out of food."
"No fancy frills - good value for money."
"We so enjoyed our 2 nights here. Staff are friendly, food excellent and so reasonably priced!! The chalets have everything you need and comfortable. This is the ideal place just to "chill out" and relax. Thanks Maguga Lodge."
"Superbly positioned guest accommodation. Great for walking or relaxing. The room was spacious with an enormous double bed. The restaurant overlooking the dam provided excellent food.good swimming pool and opportunity for boating on the lake. The fishermen had a good time too."
"Our party of 8 were accommodated in 4 units. We were comfortable and well looked after. The lodge , gardens and swimming pool are very well kept and the views of the dam, dam wall and surroundings are beautifull."
"The lodge located in a beautiful place, the family unit divided into two bedrooms with an inside linking door. It was clean and very nice. There is no space for more than four people. The breakfast is very good."
"We went camping in February 2011 and it is one of the best kept places we've ever been to. Sites are green with plush grass, electricity and water available. Very secure as well. Ablutions were neatly kept and the restuarant well priced. We paid R20 for four cups of coffee! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were fishing for bass and there is big bank angling potential. There was constant activity in the waters close to shore. The view from the restuarant over the dam wall was stunning - even at night."
"I would rate this venue as a first class facility for over night accommodation."
