This is a beautiful cliff-top house situated within the secure Pinnacle Point Golf Estate, in Mossel Bay. Pinnacle Point offers stunning scenery and numerous activities, the perfect place from which to explore the Garden Route.

This self-catering home is an entertainers dream, featuring a theatre room with a 3D projector and built-in surround sound, a sports bar and a wine cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a walk-in pantry and a separate scullery. The house has an in-house braai facility and an outside braai area overlooking the infinity pool and the ocean. The bedrooms have gas- and wood fireplaces as well as air-conditioning.

There is a separate TV room , with large fold-up doors that opens completely to spectacular ocean views. The downstairs entertainment area is enclosed with large stack doors, opening up to beautiful views over the ocean. The house features two double lock-up garages, an under-cover entrance and an indigenous fynbos garden.

"Upon arriving at the house we were disappointed to find the house dirty with particular reference to the fridge and stove tops. The following morning it was discovered that the bedding some of us had slept on was dirty too. There are lots of kitchen items that one needs that are not there, i.e salad tongs, pizza wheel, sharp knives. All the sharp knives have had their "tops" blunted? One is not paying a small amount and I therefore expect basic items as above to be provided. The cereal bowls are chipped. The toiletry holders in all showers are caked with old soap. The taps in the one main bedroom is faulty. Each time you turn it on, it drops down to a trickle. I feel the description of the house is slightly misleading at present. Unfortunately it rained the duration of our stay which kept us in the house too but it was still very relaxing seeing as there is lots of space for everyone to find their corner. The owner was accommodating with sending the cleaner back to the house with a new set of linen but unfortunately I think the cleaner's attitude did not help. The cleaning utensils stacked outside the kitchen door are also unsightly and need to be replaced. The couches upstairs are all peeling as they are faux leather and the contents end on your clothing. I believe the house needs some updating and would then be ideal as the position is incredible. The views are unlimited and never ending of the ocean. The clubhouse is wonderful for meals. We had breakfast there most mornings and a lovely dinner. The golf course is magnificent for playing and walking. The shuttle service on the estate is great as it takes you wherever you need to go within the estate. Oyster Bay is not suitable for swimming. We went to Dias Beach and spent hours in the sea. Please don't be put off by the negative comments, they are small issues that can be fixed. You will have a lovely time in this home."
