"Upon arrival we waited almost 5 minutes at the gate pressing on Intercom but no one came though to upon, eventually we called the numbers at the gate since the was a message "No Hooting" The person answering the call sounded so uninterested. Eventually someone opened who was as tired and bored as ever. Then I was told I don't have a booking, I produced my proof of booking and payment that showed a zero outstanding. they told us we must pay for our own breakfast R80 per person per day.Saturday night I had a knock at our door while sleeping to say I was misquoted, that it should be R690 per day.This was my worse experience ever, I will never recommend it to anyone. And on their review I saw that on the 19 Sept somebody complained of the same thing"

"I think when a person requesting a quotation you should explain if the quote include breakfast. there's was different amount that you sent to the guesthouse and to me. the room that I was sleeping was not clean and I believe after each guest should be cleaned and put extra toilet paper."
