"A complete utter disgrace. My blood boils at how I have been ripped off paying 1500 a night for the following:1)Incessant loud noise day and night from traffic (main road right in front of flat) and restaurant at back (close at 2.30am)2) 2nd bedroom so small that with 2 beds, door can't close.3) matress on one bed was so worn out that your back touched the wooden base.4) only one out of 3 globes in the light was working5) flat very dirty - my wife spent a good few hours cleaning it when we arrived. The mop was useless, there was no bucket ,and there were two wet rags.We had to go and buy a new mop, rags and a bucket. The drains were filthy with hair etc,the sink in the kitchen worn out, dead cockroaches and old beer lid behind the tv.4) the Tv did not work - no aerial , no reception.Owners son promised to look at it and never pitched.5) My wife asked owner to help us with lowering the blinds.Again, did not pitch.6) we asked for the laundry key,and owner said it was on the hook. The wrong key was there and we had to run around looking for someone to let us in.7) The glasses were not a set,but just an assortment of odd glasses. We broke 2 glasses and were charged R50 for this!IN SUMMARYTHIS WAS A YOUNGSTER'S PAD,(almost a bachelors pad)HASTILY PREPARED FOR GUESTS,IN THE WORST POSITION ON MAIN ROAD,FILTHY,WITH WORN OUT FITTINGS MORE SUITED TO BE LET OUT TO SOME TEENAGERS AT R500 A NIGHT WHO JUST NEED A PLACE TO "KIP".HAVING PAID R1500 A NIGHT FOR THIS,I AM VERY ANGRY,WOULD HAVE DEMANDED TO BE REFUNDED AND MOVED TO A BETTER PLACE IMMEDIATELY IF IT WAS PRACTICAL AND LEGALLY POSSIBLE,BUT YOU ONLY SEE WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU ARRIVE.I WILL NEVER USE SAFARI .COM AGAIN,AND IF ANYONE ASKS I WILL TELL THEM ABOUT ONE PLACE NEVER TO STAY IN ,THAT'S ARROWOOD"
