Two of these bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the other two boast en-suite bathrooms with luxurious baths. Additionally, there is a fifth bedroom tucked away near the kitchen, offering an en-suite bathroom and its own air-conditioner. As if that weren't enough, we also have a separate, charming cottage that can accommodate up to three people.

Our braai area features a built-in braai with a table and chairs, perfect for savoring delicious meals in the outdoors. Inside, our fully equipped kitchen offers modern conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The villa boasts elegant screed floors and folding doors throughout, creating an open and airy ambiance. In the back courtyard, you'll find a washing machine, tumble-dryer, and washing line, ensuring your laundry needs are effortlessly taken care of. Guests also have access to the double lock-up garage for their convenience.

"Seclusion in the middle of an estate"

"Princess Grant is a stunning estate with so much to offer. The Golf house was situated at the very end of the road in a secluded location surrounded by bush. You have total privacy at this location. The downside would be the mere fact that you have no views from the house. Inside is a lovely open plan lounge kitchen and dining room. Very standard features like a plain concrete floor. The finishes in the unit are plain, bathrooms are usable but not luxurious. Its the type of place you would take a group of people as the space is wide open and leads to be able to talk to a large group. If you are one to want the luxury finishes, the stunning views then this unit is not for you. However if you are in a big group, you want your own privacy and more interested in the open plan entertaining, then this place is perfect for you! The unit comes with a cleaner that comes in each day and has full DSTV on a nice big TV, not those small ones that most rental units have. There is a lovely big outside built in braai area on the verandah under cover. A lovely outside sitting area with a small dip pool. The unit has no wifi and cell phone reception generally means you need to take a stroll up the driveway to the road. We loved our stay there as we are not one to worry about the finishes, however may look for one with a view next time and possibly wifi could be handy. But overall a pleasant experience. Oh, they do also have a generator in case the lights go off (saw it in the garage) however we did not need it during our stay."

"We had an awesome time. The house caters for everything. Private beach only a few minutes from the house and absolutely beautiful. Would recommend hiring a golf cart to get around, as it makes its so much easier to get around."
